"Every time I shop in the strip district, I try to get to Penn Mac EARLY before they sell out of Sanchioli Brothers Italian bread. This is undoubtedly the finest Italian bread in town, and honestly, the guys like Breadworks, Mancini 's, and Cellone 's come in a distant second. The crust is a perfect crunch, and the middle is so 'fluffy ' it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. My all-time favorite lunch at home is an assortment of Italian meats and cheeses from Parma Sausage and the Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, served with green olives, peppericini, sliced roma tomatoes and a large hunk of the perfect Italian bread from Sanchioli Brothers. Add a glass of red wine, and you 're in Italian heaven!"
