"Yesterday for Valentine's Day. Read reviews. I made a reservation. It was 1:00 and still busy. We ordered the 3-course lunch grill octopus. The main reason I chose Amalfi was for the octopus. We had moist, very delicate pulp in the sauce in Spain, and I wanted to taste this treat again! Once the octopus came out, I put my first course aside and focused on it! To leave it would not be good. Grilled was the only choice that the meat was solid but so richly flavored that my husband took a few pieces before I sat back as I went for it! The salad was a decent size. The homemade pasta was beautiful. The prettily presented chocolate mousse was delicious. I'll say if we hadn't ordered the octopus, I would have been hungry. The service was good. The surroundings were beautiful. We should come back to dinner."
