"This was our first time here and it won't be our last. We ate here for Sunday brunch and had a great meal. The restaurant does not take a reservation, but it is counter service. When we arrived, there were only a few people. We had to wait a few minutes until a table is available (it is a seat itself space), but that was partly because it was too cold for outside seats. The atmosphere was cool and casual and even had live music (electric violin). I had the honey butter chicken biscuits that were huge and tasty. My husband had cookies and Gravy he loved. There were many other things we would like to try for future visits."

"we have fallen late and that was our first time here. everything was wonderful. the deep fried objects were very light and the unfried product was cleverly prepared. the beer list was extensive, but the rich was limited. they had neither a season on the hahn nor a collusion, but lagers and ipas were available. the decoration was the first guess. eight lines on large screens were great, the volume was not intrusive, and the interieur was inviting with a large rebuild. Finally, the stands were comfortable and the environment was very pleasant. much so that we returned the next night for dinner in the late night."

"The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the food was incredibly delicious! My favorite dish was the samosas - they were so good I had to order a second serving! The vegan Pad Thai was tasty and fresh, and the cocktails, while small, were strong. The summer rolls were a pleasant surprise and the dry-fried eggplant was perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, I must mention that the bathrooms were disappointing for a high-priced restaurant in Santana Row. They were very dirty, poorly stocked, and overall in poor condition. It's a shame."

"Great cuisine with attention to detail.. great staff, on top of their customer service game. The empanada shell was crispy yet not overdone and pork belly for starters were made to perfection. The entrees, ropa vieja w/ rice, beans and sweet plantains had great flavor and the meat was just right. Black beans had the right thickness and flavor... Finished dinner with a cortadito, latte and guava flan for a great ending."

"I made a reservation for 7:45 on Friday through OpenTable at 9:44 in the morning. When we arrived at the restaurant, the host informed us that our reservation did not go through. Despite showing him my confirmation number, he insisted that it was not confirmed as the restaurant was not open at the time I booked. This was frustrating, as OpenTable allows reservations to be made regardless of opening hours. We decided to leave due to the attitude of the host and the lack of ambiance in the restaurant."

"While on the whole I didn't dislike the restaurant, I can't say I liked it enough to want to return. The food was pretty good as was the service. On the night my (7yo) daughter and I dined there was a live band playing covers which was a cool new experience for her. Things that were a disappointment were they were out of several beers (most or all of which would have been something I would drink) resulting in me ordering a glass of wine. While the food was tasty, however the portion size was somewhat disappointing in relation to cost."

"Absolutely impeccable dining experience. Came for my step father's 67th birthday. Ambience? Check. Perfect intimate vibe, even though the restaurant was quite busy (be sure to make your reservations at least a couple of days in advance, especially if planning on visiting during peak hours). Staff? Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Everyone we interacted with from the host, to our server, to the manager who came to ensure the quality of our experience was kind, professional, funny, and very helpful with any questions we had. Food? Oh. My. Goodness! We enjoyed the house starter trio, caesar salad, seared halibut, bay scallops, chateaubriand, and various desserts (vanilla creme brulee, chocolate gateau, burnt orange creme brulee, and persimmon panna cotta). Everything used exceptional quality ingredients, and was cooked to perfection. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would! Can't wait for our next visit to the Firehouse!"

"I Love this Place! I 've only gone on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday 's but man they got the best dbl deckers. The staff is always so great! The bartender is the best, she 's always got a great smile see 's me walk in gets my glass of Water before I sit down looks at me says one word 'usual ' she 's always so sweet makes sure all is well. I think I might stop over sometime this weekend try something else. I 'm sure gonna miss this place when I head back home after my job is done here."

"What a great experience!!! We went for lunch and had a half Capresse salad a BLT and s couple of ice teas. This restaurant is a little more expensive than many other places, it?s it?s worth it. The food is fresh, perfectly prepared and nicely seasoned.Their fries are magical. We really appreciated the cloth napkins and serving platters. The restaurant has a nice feel withthousands of beer bottles on shelves around the perimeter. Service is top notch. An interesting feature is a tip shaming boardwith some patrons bills and tips?. come on folks?. servers deserve better. This looks like a great place to have a few drinkswith you friends. A super selection of beers and alcohols (many price levels). We definitely will be back if we are in the areawith friends."
