I really enjoyed myself yesterday in saloon! the garnels on the bed of the creamy polnta were dreamy. so I had never had a polnta! also the truffle friries I am not always a big fan were great! the cocktails were equally impressive both in concept and taste. really enjoyed the amelia earheart and the pickle. I published a picture of the pickle on my social, and it has received comments from raised eyebrows. trust me, you have to try! our waiter (I wish I remembered his name) was also on point. I asked him to clarify what cream cheese washed gin meant, and he gave an informative and interesting explanation in my books, that is the sign of a great place. many thanks for a fun evening with great food, drinks, service and ambiente.
