"I made an order for a delivery and one of the meals was wrong, you are the building attached to my apartment building. When I called, it became an argument about fixing a Quesadilla, although we just spent $50 on the dollar on cakes and food. When it was agreed to fix it I went back sadly in the restaurant with my phone charge and the owner came to me and said I know who you are And you never order anything. I just moved here from Florida so he has no idea who I am. I let my loss go and go without the remake and I will never spend money again here arrogant and I encourage someone else to go somewhere else.... very terrible company"

"I've been here a handful of times and I don't know why I keep going back. It's always mediocre at best. Today, I ordered chicken lemon rice soup and it was way too salty. I also had an order of fish and chips and the fish was okay but the oil it was deep fried in must've not been hot enough because the batter was soaked in oil. very mushy and not crispy. also drink prices are a little ridiculous. $3 for a 16 oz lemonade and half of it is ice. Really wanted to like this place but I guess its just not that great to me."

"Carlos was absolutely rude and should not be a manager. He served me on a dirt napkin the first drink. I ordered a Mango Margarita. I noticed that Carlos did not even pour 2 oz of tequila in the drink. He free poured for 2 secs. I tasted it and it was watered down. I then asked him what he would reccommend and he was very short and nasty with me. Saying I dont know I like them all just pick already. I asked for him to make another one this one top shelf since it tasted watered down. Carlos then pours Luna Azul Tequila which is not Top Shelf! Carlos then shakes up the drink again without putting fresh ice in a cup. Once again its watered down. Carlos was being very rude and discriminatory towards me and I frequent this location a lot for lunch. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted in my life. Carlos needs to be demoted and another person in place that actually cares about making drinks."

"I came to this restaurant after seeing some negative reviews on Google while searching for their closing time. However, I strongly disagree with those who criticized this place. I have been a patron since my student days at SJSU and have always enjoyed their delicious food and excellent service. The menu offers a variety of options ranging from Chinese to Italian cuisine, with breakfast and dinner items available at all times of the day, and everything tastes amazing. The prices are reasonable and the location is convenient, with ample parking, though it may be slightly risky to walk around after dark. I suggest exploring the beautiful SJSU campus instead, as the lit up tower and fountain are a sight to behold at night. In my opinion, the negative reviews are unwarranted. "Loved, loved , loved the atmosphere. I got the garden skillet. My husband got the tuna sandwich. Unfortunately there was a bit of mold on the bread of his sandwich. We told the waitress who was genuinely shocked and went immediately to the chef. They offered anything he’d like instead and took the sandwich off our bill. They were so apologetic. Then the chef gave us these amazing donuts to apologize further. (See photo. I wish I had taken photos of my skillet. It was delish. The side pancakes were a meal In itself! The biscuit was a nice touch. So much food! Warm syrup!! So delish…everything! We love this place and will make it a regular spot to dine. They get five stars!!!"

"Customer service was really good, really enjoyed how attentive the waiter was he constantly asked if everything was ok, refilled often and very on point with his manners of service! He for sure got a well deserved tip lol. Now for the food its good would probably go again, just didn’t like how loud it is due to the music felt like I was in a night club but what can You expect from a Mexican bar type restaurant, just be ready to spend a pretty penny if you want a full course meal! "This food is as solid as it becomes. Every meal I had here was amazing. I close this place every time I travel 101. I'm planning my trip around this place. Pure comfort food. "Friendly, quick service! Everyone was friendly and attentive and the place was clean with many seats. The food came so fast and were very generous portions. The gravitation for biscuits could use a little more flavor, but I can't even knock a star for it, because everything else was great and there is such an extensive menu, I didn't even try to offer a fraction of what they have to offer."
