"I was double charged (Uber Eats order) and then the food I ordered was over cooked and not eatable. Additionally, I was charge $12 over the cost of their menu prices (not including the additional deliver fees and service charges for Delivery. Grace McKie from the restaurant promised to refund both charges but never did. Then she ghosted me and stopped replying when I followed up. I have given them weeks to resolve before posting this. I did get Uber to refund one of the charges but the other refund promised by merchant was never processed. Would not recommend due to poor quality food and poor business practices."
