"The food portions are enormous, especially for the price—one order can easily satisfy two hungry people or provide leftovers for the next day. As for customer service, while I haven’t had recent interactions, I had a memorable experience a few years ago. One late night, I decided to place an order just 10 minutes before closing. They were happy to take my order, and when I arrived about 12 minutes later (traffic was a nightmare!), my meal was freshly packed and waiting for me. My apologies for the delay were met with a genuine smile, which I really appreciated.
Having worked in a busy restaurant myself, I understand how stressful it can be at the end of the night, especially with last-minute orders. This level of service truly impressed me."
