"So I come here all the time because I live down the street. The food used to be good but they precook the chicken now. So it’s always cold/Luke warm when I get it. Today will be my last day. They charge .75 for a side of their orange sauce which is totally fine with me. Well I ordered it and thought I paid for it; so I nicely asked if I can get it bc it was missing from my order. Instead of nicely checking the order to see if I paid for it. The cook in the back and the staff up front start yelling, “it’s .75” and the whole time the cook is making gestures. I don’t understand the attitude and hostility over some sauce I had thought I already paid for. The manager ignored the whole situation. I was super nice and was already having a pretty rough day. I wanted to treat myself to make myself feel better. These people just defeated the whole purpose. Was it bc I tipped 25% instead of 30%? I wasn’t planning on eating there otherwise I would have tipped more. Thanks."
