"I was surprised that the Dan dan noodle tasted so good! The sauce is tender and spicy and the noodle has a very good tooth feeling. Can get enough of the spicy Dan Dan sauce that I even immersed my dumplings in it. On the other hand, I love dumplings that have a thinner skin, but overall its still a satisfying meal and I can tell its authentic Chinese cuisine as it is."
