"We arrived early for our reservation time but it was not an issue as we were seated right away. Our server was very polite and courteous and most knowledgeable. The food was great and were served in an appropriate amount of time. The bar drinks were over the top on taste. We would gladly recommend Maggiano's to all people. The drawback we have found in going there is that they are located in the Kenwood Mall which when busy presents multitudes of problems in finding an adequate parking space."

"The biggest problem was the slow service. I asked for butter the second we sat down. After two more requests the butter finally came 15 minutes after I had asked for it first. Water was brought to our table very delayed. I ordered Chicken Marsala with hand cut fettucine. I received fettucine Alfredo. It took two requests and about 10 minutes to get my hand cut fettucine, whatever hand cut means I don't know. No mention on the menu that it comes with garlic and olive oil. At my first request I was asked about garlic and I said I did not want garlic, yet when I received the pasta after my second request it was with a garlic sauce. Overall the experience was bad. The noise was unbelievable. Have carpet and curtains and fabric on benches to absorb the noise. We could barely have a conversation. We will not come back."

"I check in on time for my reservation. The host staff asked me to stand to the side to be seated. And they ended up giving my table away which I specially asked for a booth to a couple that had just walked in after us. The staff then told me I had missed my table but it wasn't my fault and they seated me at a table in the middle of the room where I could see the couple who had our spot. We then had to ask our waiter for drink menus since we were never given any when we were seated."

"We were visiting Vero last weekend and decided to check into the Patio. Kind of quiet for a Saturday night, but it was the busiest shopping day of the year, no matter, our evening was wonderful. Great food with great friends in a warm and friendly location. Two of us had the Ahi grade tuna, amble amounts, cooked perfectly. My wife had the Grouper tacos, which were delicious. The whole night went very well and the $64,000 question, would we return? Answer Absolutely Yes!!! Give the Patio a try! You will not be disappointed"

"This place was packed on the first Saturday night of the Philadelphia Flower Dhow but the staff was really very efficient in getting everyone seated within their reservation time . The waiters and servers worked very hard to keep it all flowing . My only gripe is they put the hostess checkin desk right near the revolving door entrance which was jammed packed with people waiting for their tables . It was like grand central station ."

"Food was good not great. We had a huge issue in that it took them 45 minutes to get us our tickets to pay. Then several weren’t correct and needed to be fixed. In total, over an hour passed waiting for our bill until we paid and could leave. I don’t know what happened but we had to cancel other birthday plans because the dinner took so much longer than expected."
