"There is a noticeable difference between eating in Jennie Lows and eating in other Chinese places in Sonoma County. The difference is the freshness of the ingredients. It can be said by the taste and texture of the vegetables that they have never been frozen or canned, and that they could not only supply the cheapest products that the distributor could supply. If you are looking for good affordable Chinese food, North Marin has arrived in Petaluma. The decor is modern and simple, a beautiful green on the walls, black trim, a lot of table seat and a few comfortable stands. Our server was attentive and although we only drank water and tea, our glasses never went dry. The dining area is a large open room that can be noisy when it is overcrowded. We went on a warm Sunday afternoon and there were only a few other tables occupied. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and we will come back for years."
