"We had a rather unfortunate experience that ruined the meal and tainted my opinion on the restaurant. Halfway through our meal, I needed to use the restroom. When I opened the door to the woman’s room and stepped in, my foot was immediately greeted by a splash. One of the toilets overflowed, making the bathroom completed flooded with an inch of water with either dirt or feces floating around. When I told our server, she seemed to not care at all. I then tried the men’s room. Well, the drain must have clogged which caused flooding in there as well, so the only stall was also filled with dirty water! I was unable to use the restroom, even to wash my hands, and I stepped in the disgusting water. Needless to say, this ruined the entire experience and the staff did not seem to care.Food was just okay. Some was made to order, some was in carts. My favorite was the fried taro and pork dumpling. It tasted like thanksgiving! Pork buns did not have enough filling. Many of the dishes lacked flavor and seasoning. We went on a Monday, and it was not crowded. Our server seemed to avoid us after I complained about the toilets and we had to flag her down multiple times. Overall, it was way too expensive for regular dim sum, service was rough, and we had to go to another place after since I still had to pee. Would not return."
