"I have been eager to try Egg Roll Yeh's for a long time and finally had the opportunity. It was a pleasant surprise. This restaurant is not your typical greasy Chinese eatery. The fried rice was delicate, flavorful, and not overly greasy, made with dark meat chicken. Although dark meat chicken is not my favorite, I still found it satisfying. The Chicken Snow Pea and Chicken Broccoli dishes had well-executed sauces and were cooked perfectly with crisp veggies. I particularly enjoyed their egg rolls, which had a slight nutmeg taste, a crispy outside, good texture throughout, and reminded me of the ones I used to get at my favorite childhood Chinese restaurant. The staff were extremely polite and efficient, providing excellent service. I highly recommend Egg Roll Yeh's in the fast-and-inexpensive-Chinese category."
