"Love, a perfectly titled shop for the love I have for their cupcakes and food. This place my one stop shop for gluttony. To begin, there's an array of cupcakes on display and they're all perfect. I'll admit that once, I bought a lemon cupcake that tasted like metal, but I think it was a fluke maybe they mistakenly used metal instead of plastic that day. Overall, Love's cupcakes are fluffy, moist, and lightly sweetened something I struggle to find elsewhere! It's the only place where I eat the whole cupcake without feeling overwhelmed by the sugar content. Next, you have their food On Fridays (and Saturdays, I just learned) they serve pernil. It's Puerto Rican pulled pork with rice and peas. For Puerto Ricans out there, this'll probably taste like your abuela's arroz con gandulez. The man in the kitchen obviously cooks with love. Ha! LOVE! I also learned this place does catering and makes wedding cakes. I bring these cupcakes to all my events because they're just that great. So visit this little shop in Branford. Literally, what's not to love?"
