During the few times I've visited, either in person or over the phone, I sensed a certain dismissiveness from the men working there. I understand that running a business can be stressful, but a simple smile can make a big difference, especially with so many competitors nearby. For instance, if a customer orders a salad with cheese and you forget the cheese, it's important to acknowledge the mistake rather than blame the customer for requesting it. It would be great to see an effort to make things right, like offering a complimentary salad on their next visit. Will I return? Yes, but I'm unlikely to go out of my way to eat there again, and I definitely won't be ordering delivery."
