"Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"we arrived 10 minutes early and although our table was ready and there were very few diners we said we had to wait because they had no server. our server was very nice but was not understandable about the menu. we asked about the sauces and he was not in agreement with his description. he had to go to the kitchen to ask. we had servale courses and they would take away the cute, but then not replace them. we had dirty dishes that were stacked together, and we stacked our tellers to make a place at the table. we had to ask serval times for new bestecke when we were eating before us. After our steaks arrived, we had to ask for the sauces we had ordered so many times, we sat with hot food waiting for cutlery and sauces while we had warm food before us. for the $800 w tipp for 5 people I was disappointed with the service."

"This is a very beautiful, dress up experience. Food comes in 5 courses. You get soup, salad and pasta with all the ducks. The drinks are strong. The apps were very familiar to the meatballs and enjoyed filled mushrooms. We got steak in the night recommended to Geno and it was very tasty came with beans and a potato. Would recommend everyone to spend a romantic night."

Overbearing actually we were at a table with a television behind us and some guys that stood there, and shouted to his friends at a table for 5 tables Way over the last five minutes of the game. "We gave Pallas a try since it is under new management. Unfortunately nothing much has changed. There was only one server this is obviously not the job for her. I ordered the fish fry. She didn't ask me if I wanted soup or salad so I asked her about it. She said she didn't think it came with it so I showed her the menu which stated that all specials came with soup or salad except wraps. She said, oh well, I'll give it to you (as if she was doing me a favor). The food took a long time to come. We flagged her down asked if we could have bread. She didn't remember until she brought our entrees. We asked for ketchup hot sauce. She didn't remember that either so we had to ask the bus boy. I had ordered onion straws got a hard, undercooked baked potato. When I told her that I didn't order a baked potato, she just kind of looked at me finally said that she'd get me the onion straws. They finally came when we were done eating. We asked for boxes saw her carrying the boxes, but instead of handing them to us, she laid them on the table next to us took the order of the couple sitting behind us. They still add a surcharge if you use a credit card so we opted to pay in cash. The cashier said it wasn't a big deal. Well, since our bill was around $48 for 3 meals (no drinks), we weren't going to pay anything extra. As slow as the server was, she wasn't slow going to our empty table to collect her $10 tip. I told my husband that was too much since the service was so poor. On the way out, my husband said, well we gave it another try, but we will not be back. It's a shame because we used to come here regularly when the nice older woman host told us to sit back, relax have a good dinner. Those were the good old days."

"Been here a few times now with the last being may 5th. They were packed and had dancers preforming. Was a great show. Drinks were great and customer service was outstanding. Appetizer was great too. I ordered the ribs which I had here a few times and were always outstanding this time not so great the sauce was chunky the presentation not the greatest didn't even have the fire salt this time and taste was flat. Definitely something changed meat was tender just the taste was off. Hopefully they get it figured out and fixed. I saw a few other posts stating small portions I can honestly say I have never left here hungry. I truly hope this last experience was just a fluke."

"I just had what was probably the best dining experience I 've ever had. Celebrated my wedding anniversary with an exceptional meal, outstanding service, and of course the very best dining companion. "It wasn't even there. That was exactly what was needed for my party of 10. Service was excellent, the food was cooked, we are served well seasoned and quickly. I immediately pointed out that the staff was recognized by the 1 year old in our group and made sure that nothing was hot in its reach. The menu is marked with GF and V options and there are GF substitutions of pasta and sandwich panels. Kid size portions are a regular meal. Come hungry and ready for remains."

"great eating, but very expensive for what it is. probably a good place to eat once or twice a year. also a thing that is surprised how kalorific is eating. 1200 calorie for 8oz steak with a tiny lobster and 2 spargel? 1400 calorie little cheesecake? everything must be cooked with tons of butter. they should completely reassess their menu. most of the things can be cooked easily with half of the calorie. so, most of them aren't worth the calorie. I mean, don't get me wrong things are tasty, but they're absolutely not the calorie in our opinion."

"We've been here before and had a great experience, good food and service. This time, the restaurant seemed overcrowded and not equipped to handle so many people at the same time. Our drinks were late, we had to ask for them, the server forgot. Then the meal was mediocre, and took at least 45+ minutes to arrive. It even took 10 minutes or so for the server to even acknowledge us at the table and bring water. One of our appetizers was saganaki, the Greek cheese grilled, then set on fire and such. The first batch turned out like a big gooey mess of melted cheese. The slice wasn't big enough and was overcooked and runny. Then the server put way too much alcohol on it and couldn't put out the fire. Opa! So she used way too much lemon to put it out and it became even more running, with the cheese swimming in the lemon juice. We sent it back and they brought us a new one, this time thicker. A bit undercooked (should be a bit more brown on the outside). Again, too much alcohol, too much lemon. Same issue. It's difficult to expect servers to know how to cook food properly. Maybe they need a bit more training. The actual flame is just for show and is entirely unnecessary. Just grill it properly and serve it and let the customer put lemon juice on it if they want. It was way too noisy and busy. We literally had to shout to hear each other. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the cook clearly didn't have the resources to serve all these people in a timely manner. I doubt we'll come back."

"I've never had Oyster's Rockerfeller and until the first time I was like Thor... BRING ME ANOTHER! I was here for my birthday and the room was good for our party size(9) and the food was well cooked. Prime Rib so delicately melted it in the mouth, and the crab cakes had so much taste! The only problem was that it was raining and there was no big blanket outside, but this is weather for you!"

"beautiful restaurant! great food! fair prices! but we probably don't go back. I have to say first that they have organized a high time in the hotel so that it is possible to have many regular employees pooled there. our waiter was not very interested in serving. it took him 15 minutes after I asked for a champagne to inform us that they were listed from the 2 champagne wines in the wine menu. the waiter's act came to our table to take our order when I asked about my wein, he somehow shot his head looking at the bar! the bartender finally came to our table, but should the waiter not have known? the bartender also recommended an existing wine. we had to ask for a glass of ice, as the coldest of my man was cold, but no ice. Our turtle cheese cake had very little turtle! mostly only simple cheesecake – good, but not I was introduced. it just seemed like people didn't want to do their jobs!"

"The staff here are all phenomenal. They are powerhouses. Every time we are here, we are treated with warmth, accuracy and promptness. The owner should be proud of how hard working and genuine everyone here is. We've been coming here for a couple years and every time our meal is served quickly, accurately and with care. Never have we had a bad staff experience. Today our server was Pam and she did and excellent job managing a full, crazy lunch hour along with her colleagues. We are amazed at how quick and careful the service is even when nearly every table is filled. As far as food goes, the menu is extensive and just about everything we've tried is very good, satisfying and plentiful. The prices are fair and everything comes fresh and at perfect temperature and good presentation. We can tell the chefs take pride in making the meals here as much as the servers take pride in providing excellent service. Thank you all at Omega. You are all very appreciated."
