"Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"we arrived 10 minutes early and although our table was ready and there were very few diners we said we had to wait because they had no server. our server was very nice but was not understandable about the menu. we asked about the sauces and he was not in agreement with his description. he had to go to the kitchen to ask. we had servale courses and they would take away the cute, but then not replace them. we had dirty dishes that were stacked together, and we stacked our tellers to make a place at the table. we had to ask serval times for new bestecke when we were eating before us. After our steaks arrived, we had to ask for the sauces we had ordered so many times, we sat with hot food waiting for cutlery and sauces while we had warm food before us. for the $800 w tipp for 5 people I was disappointed with the service."

"This is a very beautiful, dress up experience. Food comes in 5 courses. You get soup, salad and pasta with all the ducks. The drinks are strong. The apps were very familiar to the meatballs and enjoyed filled mushrooms. We got steak in the night recommended to Geno and it was very tasty came with beans and a potato. Would recommend everyone to spend a romantic night."

"The customer service was amazing. The food however is mediocre and for the price I was expecting more flavorful. For appetizers we ordered the Korean fried chicken wings- these wings were the best thing I ate here. They were packed with flavor (4/5). We also ordered the crab cakes- these were ok, but definitely not worth the price for the 2 on the plate (3/5). For dinner I ordered the braised short rib which was tender but it definitely lacked flavor which was so disappointing as it was so bland (2/5). For dessert we got the crème brûlée- tasted decent but was a bit too thick and didn?t have a well caramelized top (3/5). We also got the cheesecake which tasted like it was put into a fridge with other dishes and not covered properly (it had picked up a fridge flavor which wasn?t good) (2/5). Cocktails were the best thing all night! Plus the chicken wings. And the staff was amazing, attentive and friendly. I would go back for appetizers and drinks."

"We gave Pallas a try since it is under new management. Unfortunately nothing much has changed. There was only one server this is obviously not the job for her. I ordered the fish fry. She didn't ask me if I wanted soup or salad so I asked her about it. She said she didn't think it came with it so I showed her the menu which stated that all specials came with soup or salad except wraps. She said, oh well, I'll give it to you (as if she was doing me a favor). The food took a long time to come. We flagged her down asked if we could have bread. She didn't remember until she brought our entrees. We asked for ketchup hot sauce. She didn't remember that either so we had to ask the bus boy. I had ordered onion straws got a hard, undercooked baked potato. When I told her that I didn't order a baked potato, she just kind of looked at me finally said that she'd get me the onion straws. They finally came when we were done eating. We asked for boxes saw her carrying the boxes, but instead of handing them to us, she laid them on the table next to us took the order of the couple sitting behind us. They still add a surcharge if you use a credit card so we opted to pay in cash. The cashier said it wasn't a big deal. Well, since our bill was around $48 for 3 meals (no drinks), we weren't going to pay anything extra. As slow as the server was, she wasn't slow going to our empty table to collect her $10 tip. I told my husband that was too much since the service was so poor. On the way out, my husband said, well we gave it another try, but we will not be back. It's a shame because we used to come here regularly when the nice older woman host told us to sit back, relax have a good dinner. Those were the good old days."

"My wife and son visited on Father’s Day, and it was pretty good. The hostess was a little frazzled, but got us seated and out waitress was great. Started with a martini and old fashioned both very nice. Drinks were all amazing, highly recommend one of the smoked old fashioned, I was convinced it was all a show but it does make a notable difference. Food was a little much to get to your head around. There was sushi, steaks and normal main courses as well. We ordered a burger for our son that came out with our oysters. His burger was good, the oysters were horrible. They weren’t shucked well at all, and the sauces that they paired them with weren’t very good. Then they brought the beets side that we ordered, the. Five minutes later the sushi, then twenty minutes later the steak I ordered. Aside from the oysters the food was all good, just the pacing and order of food delivery was a little odd. Overall it was a good stop for the price, we will definitely go back just 100% skip on the oysters next time."

"I just had what was probably the best dining experience I 've ever had. Celebrated my wedding anniversary with an exceptional meal, outstanding service, and of course the very best dining companion. The staff was so attentive and friendly, but never intrusive. They asked if they could take our picture and gave us a lovely photo to commemorate the night. "It wasn't even there. That was exactly what was needed for my party of 10. Service was excellent, the food was cooked, we are served well seasoned and quickly. I immediately pointed out that the staff was recognized by the 1 year old in our group and made sure that nothing was hot in its reach. The menu is marked with GF and V options and there are GF substitutions of pasta and sandwich panels. Kid size portions are a regular meal. Come hungry and ready for remains."

"Cute place tucked into a back corner at the Pruneyard. For the most part, the food was quite good and it came to the table pretty quickly. We started with an appetizer sampler and all components were very good. Mixed drinks from the bar were terrible their bartender had no idea what they were doing. The biggest disappointment was our server. She didn't know the specials, couldn't describe them and actually sent us out the door to read the board. She took our order and then came back to tell us they were out of one of the entrees and it was only 6 pm, so she should have known. We ordered a bottle of wine, which turned out to be a half bottle that had a screw off top, which she just placed on the table unopened with the two glasses and left us to fend for ourselves. She came back to the table nearly every five minutes to ask us if we were ready to order before we'd even opened our menus, to ask us how everything was before we'd even had a chance to take a bite of our entrees, and way too many times during the meal. She cleared plates as people finished rather than wait for everyone to finish. She brought dessert menus but failed to tell us they were out of two of the five options. She didn't ask if anyone wanted coffee. She brought the check before we asked for it and before she asked if we wanted anything else and then she tried to take the check before we even opened it. While I could understand (even if I don't appreciate) some of this behavior if the place was packed and they were trying to turn the table, the place was maybe 50% full and we were the largest party there. If the drinks were good, we would have ordered more. If we weren't rushed, we would have stayed longer and drank more. Definitely a lost revenue opportunity for the restaurant because of this server."

"I've never had Oyster's Rockerfeller and until the first time I was like Thor... BRING ME ANOTHER! I was here for my birthday and the room was good for our party size(9) and the food was well cooked. Prime Rib so delicately melted it in the mouth, and the crab cakes had so much taste! The only problem was that it was raining and there was no big blanket outside, but this is weather for you!"

"beautiful restaurant! great food! fair prices! but we probably don't go back. I have to say first that they have organized a high time in the hotel so that it is possible to have many regular employees pooled there. our waiter was not very interested in serving. it took him 15 minutes after I asked for a champagne to inform us that they were listed from the 2 champagne wines in the wine menu. the waiter's act came to our table to take our order when I asked about my wein, he somehow shot his head looking at the bar! the bartender finally came to our table, but should the waiter not have known? the bartender also recommended an existing wine. we had to ask for a glass of ice, as the coldest of my man was cold, but no ice. Our turtle cheese cake had very little turtle! mostly only simple cheesecake – good, but not I was introduced. it just seemed like people didn't want to do their jobs!"

"The staff here are all phenomenal. They are powerhouses. Every time we are here, we are treated with warmth, accuracy and promptness. The owner should be proud of how hard working and genuine everyone here is. We've been coming here for a couple years and every time our meal is served quickly, accurately and with care. Never have we had a bad staff experience. Today our server was Pam and she did and excellent job managing a full, crazy lunch hour along with her colleagues. We are amazed at how quick and careful the service is even when nearly every table is filled. As far as food goes, the menu is extensive and just about everything we've tried is very good, satisfying and plentiful. The prices are fair and everything comes fresh and at perfect temperature and good presentation. We can tell the chefs take pride in making the meals here as much as the servers take pride in providing excellent service. Thank you all at Omega. You are all very appreciated."
