"A big cry after Heather, Andrea and Amanda. And also important the cook! We're from Chatham Harwich Newcomers. We left a ride from Mattapoisett to Fairhaven. We wanted to eat in Fairhaven, but they wouldn't take our group of 21. In the Inn on Shipyard they have accommodated us and went beyond and beyond. The service was excellent. The environment is so historical and comfortable. Now about the food: It was absolutely fantastic! Each of us 21 people were more than satisfied with our meals. Everything was made perfect and fresh and delicious. I had the fish and chips and it couldn't have been fresh anymore. My compliments to the staff at the Inn on Shipyard Park and we will definitely come back here. I would highly recommend sitting on the veranda or in the bar and relaxing and having a wonderful meal. Mattapoisett is this small town you never go and you need to check it for a beautiful relaxing and beautiful day. Gigi"
