"I found the decor of the restaurant to be old-fashioned. Despite ordering a well-done hamburger, I received one that was cooked medium rare. Due to time constraints for a show, I didn't raise the issue. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and rarely checked in on our table. We had to flag someone else down to get our bill. Overall, the food was average at best."

"Pros:Location. Cons: Waiter doesn't speak either English or Portuguese very well. Slow. Dinning is clean but I don't know about the kitchen. My dairy allergic 4 year old got a nice big mosquito in his drink. Thank God we noticed, but all we got was attitude from the employees. Never will go back. Mosquitoes carry diseases."

"so terrible. order for delivery during covid. my order at 4:55 for a delivery time at 6:00. around 6:45 uhr mesa called me to ask the temperature of my flesh. our meal was delivered at 7:20. it was terrible. my man ordered a truthahnclub that was terrible. they must run out of the salat because they have replaced it with spinach leaves. the wings were soggy, and the kale suppe was unpredictable."

"So disappointed with our dinner tonight. My husband and I both ordered the ribeye, he ordered it with the stuffed lobster tail special $40 $55). Steaks were ordered medium rare and were served cold, barely seared. Chips were cold, mashed potatoes as well as veggies were not heated through. Salad was served with dinner vs before. The restaurants ambiance was nice, beautiful decor and our waiter was nice enough, the restaurant was maybe a quarter full on a Friday evening at 6:30. To top off the evening we were followed to our vehicle by a few of Fall Rivers finest citizens solicited for money.. we will not return nor recommend Douro steakhouse."

"They robbed us! Their site shows delivery. It took our address. We played with a card. We called to confirm with instructions for driver. Food never arrived. We called back and suddenly they don't deliver. After confirming! We never received our food and when I called to get a refund they hung up! I will be reporting to the BBB."
