"I don't like to criticize restaurants as I work in the industry myself, but I want to provide feedback because a closed mouth doesn't get fed. The cashier was very polite and incredibly efficient. The order was accurate and quick. I am giving 4 stars because the fries were not fresh and seemed overcooked, possibly from being reheated multiple times. We decided to eat in the car because of this. Some people attempted to go inside but left because the dining area was closed. I informed a few of them that the drive-thru was open. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, as well as everything else except for the fries. Despite the fries being cold, they were still pretty good. Thank you for the tasty spicy sandwich that made me happy!"

"In the last 2 weeks I have tried to get food from here. The first time I tried, I was looking to order 6 chicken sandwiches (3 original and 3 spicy). Only to be told they only have one sandwich left. Then the second time I pull up to the speaker box and no on greets me. After approximately 5 minutes I say hello only to be greet with a Can you hold on a moment . So I drove away. If they would 've greet me and simply said I will be with you momentarily, I would 've been happy to have waited for them. I am done trying to give this location a chance. Would 've given zero stars but I can 't."

"The woman who takes orders at this restaurant is incredible. I believe she works in the morning. She is always smiling and friendly, unlike many others. We never have any issues with mixed up orders. Honestly, her positive attitude enhances the taste of the food. Our meals are always consistent, unlike typical fast food places."

"if I could give 0 stars, I would. my eating was freezing. I took it back and they still gave me cold food and got a job when I said something about it. 1 of the hired had actually the nerve to go to the hairdresser's place, to fetch some fries and to come back to me, to eat them that told me that I had to get something different from somewhere else because the fries they had were hot. I couldn't believe it and asked for my money back. terrible experience!"

"Easy ingress and egress. The drive up is very unique. The order speaker is out in the parking lot near a fence. Newcomers. Have a hard time finding this. Very innovative for an older building to make a drive up. That will never meant to be. The staff is very friendly and the coleslaw was top notch."

"After going here a handful of times and having the same experience, I highly suggest avoiding this KFC at all costs. After repeatedly having my order wrong, I started asking for a receipt and now I see that the orders are getting typed in wrong so of course they’re being delivered wrong. Also, I’m not sure when KFC changed to made by order but the last few times I’ve gone, I’ve had to pull around front to wait. It wouldn’t be that bad of an issue if they didn’t mess up the first order causing me to reorder and wait again. A total of 27 minutes was spent at KFC today. Definitely not fast food or worth the hassle anymore."

"This restaurant is full of unorganized teenagers lacking time-management skills and work ethics. The schedule on their door said they were opening at noon, however, due to their inconsistency in time and their lack of consideration for their customers, they refused to communicate that they would be opening an hour late at 1pm. While customers sat in the parking lot and drive-thru, the workers entertained their friends inside of the restaurant? extremely dysfunctional. Won?t ever go to this location again.. total disgrace for the brand and the franchise."

"This is the worst service food I've ever gotten from any restaurant. Male Gay manager(Marcus) was having a personal crisis had more drama than a 12 yr old girl. Food sucked, it was over cooked, dried out inedible. They all seemed uneducated about their perspective jobs very unprofessional. The whole place was filthy- makes you wonder how they live."
