"I've loved the speghetti factory for years! Since I was a teen. Back in the day, they knew how to cook speghetti. Now, it is subpar. Don't even bother unless you can't boil water at home. The speghetti was so wet and overcooked. I ordered the garlic mizathra, and it's my favorite. The first thing I always do is mix it all up to get the garlic and cheese everywhere, not just on top, and right away, I notice the water under my noodles. What? Didn't even dry off the noodles. Used to be cooked noodles, then tossed with the browned butter in a pan before plating. I guess the new way (well, not guess because they told me. Is to precook the speghetti in large batches warm it up and pour a little butter on the top, which has also been pre browned and placed in a large container and placed in the fridge. Since when do you have to pre cook speghetti. 6 minutes is all it takes to get it aldente. 6! They offered a reduced price and a re cook. But I refused. Gone are the good days of decently cooked speghetti and browned butter. The salad was alright with the pesto sauce asked for extra sauce. The table spoon drizzled wasn't enough initially. Tried the soup it was alright. The server was great... very chatty. 5 people came to Mt table to explain how the speghetti was cooked. I took it home to cook it correctly myself. I know how to brown the butter and toss the noodles to dry it out a little bit. Never again will I go back to the factory for underwhelming but fairly edible speghetti."

"Sooo... The good: 1. excellent waiting staff (attentive and friendly, but not transferred) 2. Love the decor: brick, painting, velvet furniture, chandelier 3. The fresh baked bread and whipped butter is GD delightful, I could absolutely gorge on this 4th. Every time I make a reservation, no matter how crowded, I come to my reservation time. 5. The plant is completely nut-free (and for everyone with a nut allergy, that is a relief) 6. I love the menu option, several sauces with my pasta. It is a great way to try new things or mix flavors that complicate each other The average: 1. Tomato based pasta sauces tasted tinny, a true sign they are not homemade, yet cooked for a long time, as is right 2. The salad is literally bag mix and croutons that I do not consider a legitimate salad, I expect tomatoes, cucumber, onion at least (good dressing though).3. The Caesar salad is $2 more per meal and is the cheaper salad mix, but with Caesar Dressing. Baffling. Bad: The bathroom (male female) is a toilet for a very popular packed restaurant and was quite dirty (both of it) and missing toilet paper. This is a red flag for a restaurant. The staff should ensure that your bathroom does not have on the floor on a ice cream and are well equipped with toilet paper. If you keep your bathroom like this, I'll worry about how the cleaning standards of your kitchen are. I went to Trader Joe and her bathrooms were impeccable. No reason a grocery store should have clean bathrooms as a restaurant... 2. When it is busy, my food has been taken before I even had half of my salad (not a big deal), and was always lukewarm best (definitely a big deal). This means that you didn't even properly warm my food because the kitchen rushed, and the food here is not cheap enough to happen this kind of mistakes repeatedly. Overall, after giving them several chances, I just won't come back"
