"Just a brief review. Our reservations were for a Saturday night at 6:30. We were greeted and seated timely, and our drinks came out on time and well made. The salads were fine. The entrees arrived, and that 's where things broke down. A steak ordered medium plus arrived cooked to old saddle leather. The waitress offered to replace it with the ominous warning that it could take a while, we 're getting busy. My wife made a game attempt at eating what was served, but its food value had long expired, so it was left mostly uneaten. A glass of wine ordered to be enjoyed with the entree arrived with the now complementary and long delayed dessert. By the time the check arrived, we felt as if we had been held hostage in a bad Denny 's. Remembering that one is in Okoboji in the off-season, Waters Edge Grille is a perfectly adequate restaurant. However, well-run establishments don 't overwhelm their kitchens and their wait staffs. They limit their reservations to match their capacity. Further, well-run establishments know how to remedy a kitchen error with alacrity."

"rockwood speaks a good game about their burgers being the best, but that is not the case. sure, they can put them on the ground from a mix of ground meat, etc. but they do not taste better than any number of places. and what is the point at all when a table like our ordered a medium rare, a medium, and a medium good and they all come from the same (medium well) I guess the cook thinks he or she is a baseball player with 300. pretty good, or? no."

"to submit an implementing order for the first time. hayley (I hope I wrote her name correctly) took care of me. I was treated very well and that was delicious. the variety on the menu is amazing. we had the Patty melt, fajitas, hot dog, steak burger, käsefries, Freench-Fries and get them. they have koks and mountain dew. we are safely connected. also the other dame (can not remember their names) was so nice that I enjoyed chatting with her. we will often be back safely!"

"As always, our favorite neighborhood, date destination was outstanding! I had a delicious seafood pasta with oyster sauce, and my wife had the house special Seabass and we were both very happy! The ambience is quaint, and the other couples around us were very nice and we’re having fun as well. I particularly enjoyed a special pear drink. It was recommended by our server and she was right! You will always have an excellent experience at Urban Grill!"

"have enjoyed Mel has been for a few decades, and it is never disappointed! Everything on the menu is great, nothing you can go wrong with. Had a stop at a Sat evening at 5:00 and could get a table within a few minutes. Decorated on their onion rings, fried mushrooms, bacon cheeseburger (normal size!... not the Mel or Mega-Mel) and the Monte Christo. The food is always hot, crispy and not greasy. The hostess and wait staff are super friendly and even tho the waiting staff go what seems like a million miles an hour.. You still care about you! The only Ni-Pick on our meal this time, was with the Monte Christo... they needed to melt the cheese in a sandwich before roasting! This sandwich must be warm inside when you bite, not cool."

"I visited for breakfast on a Sunday around 9 AM, and there were only a few tables occupied. Our waitress, an amazing elderly Greek woman, was quite entertaining. The food came out incredibly fast, and everything tasted quite good. The country potatoes and sausage were fantastic, but the chocolate milk was not up to par. Overall, it's definitely a great spot to stop by if you're passing through Albany."

"I am writing this list to GrubHub not OK Cafe. After getting an email stating my pie had been deducted, through a phone call I was told it would be included (which it was). Unfortunately, they still left the second dessert (my wife's cake) off the delivery. Rest of food was great but driver apparently did not read or follow directions that there should be TWO desserts."
