"The Village Pancake Factory Restaurant that I am reviewing is conveniently located inside the Galleria Mall in the town of Poughkeepsie, NY. It is a new eatery that is currently looking to hire employees at this point in time.They not only sell pancakes but there's so many other dishes to select from their menu. For instance, there's breakfast foods, lunch, dinner and desserts. You can enjoy seafood, steak, burgers and so on.By the front entrance door of this restaurant you will see a chalkboard listing daily specials.I have never eaten or even heard of The Village Pancake Factory so I am eager to try it out for myself. I will update this review to tell you my opinion on how the meals taste and the pricing."

"The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative."

"I found hair in my Chicken Parmigiana Dinner and that isn’t the first time I heard something like that happening. I should of listened but I found out the hard way with hair in my mouth. I was just so hungry and it was the only place around at the time. The back is very dirty. Do not go to the bathroom as it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.. I hope the health inspector, inspects this place. A friend of mine recently also got food poisoning."

"PROS: This pizza place is the best parlor overall in the area. Unlike the other pizza parlors this place is big, clean, and has room to sit down. They accept credit cards for any size purchase and the employees are nice. It's located where many of the bars are and they offer a variety of toppings just like any parlor would CONS: The tables can only hold 3 people max. so if you have a group of 5+ then you're out of luck on grabbing a place to sit OVERALL: I will be coming back here. This place is the best around, so why would I settle for less?"

"The food is not the problem here, but it seems that this store does not know how to take a customized order of online services. Almost every time I order, the food comes wrong because they do not read the adjustment comments. The first several times, I did not even call after a refund as I understand mistakes happen, but I have made them aware and they still do not know how to follow instructions and still most of my commands come inaccurate. You are a restaurant and people have specific nutrition and desires.... not everyone wants your standard configuration of a dishes. It means learning your craft! Your food is good, but what is the point if I can't eat it?"

"Franks is my favorite pizzeria on the planet. Has been since I was young and always will be. Ordered from there on Friday and oh boy did they send the most beautiful looking chicken bacon ranch pizza I have ever seen. I just had to share it. "I go to Taqueria, enjoy their shrimps Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos, Pupusas, Quesadillas, pretty much everything. Staff are friendly and they receive the orders every time I order. "Although the store closes at 10pm, the staff start spraying cleanser and shoe-scraper mats on dining table when we arrived around 9pm. Simply a terrible unpleasant experience.Updated review:Things seem to have changed after the last visit, the service seems better, pizza tastes great too.
