"This place deserves extra stars! My husband and I are incredibly picky about our sashimi. We judge sushi restaurants by #1. Freshness #2. Chef etiquette #3. Cleanliness service. All three score high in our book. The tuna, hamachi, uni, and ebi tasted very fresh. The cut was just right. Sushi chefs were focused and didn't talk over the food as they were preparing, and the staff were very nice. We overheard the chefs speaking Japanese so this place is legit. This is our new go to place."
