"Haven’t been here in a couple years. And was unfortunately left wanting when I returned. The entrees just felt like they were missing something. Not enough salt, and overcooked steak were disappointing. The lighting in the restaurant was just a bit too dim. Almost movie theater dim. The restaurant was spacious, and had nice art. But that about all I can say positively. Wish I could say better things."

"The food was good but the service was less than expected. I was there with business associates and when it came time to pay I wanted to split the check (one for client reimbursement, one personal) but the server would not do it. I had to do it on a kiosk which took me away from my conversation with my associates….the very reason we were there. My colleague had to go to the bar for his own glass for a beer after asking the waitress twice. She was standing there chatting with the bartender and was like, oh sorry…ha ha…Disappointing."

"Extremely expensive, food good not great, portions small for the price. Went for anniversary and they didn’t even acknowledge although we mentioned on open table comments when reserving. Server seemed to have a very bad cold and looked like they belonged in bed, let’s not mention possible germs. Not worth the money. Appetizer, two drinks over $50, add two entrees and with tax and tip well over $150, for lunch. We’ll pass."

"The only issue I had with the place concerned the attitude of the hostess desk. I made a reservation for 8 people. However, I realized I forgot one person who was participating in a golf tournament and we didn't know he would definitely be there until he showed up. The reservation was on a Sunday at 7:00 p.m. I explained the situation and asked whether or not the table we would be at would accommodate adding a ninth chair to it should he show up. I received a bit of resistance and attitude like this could not be done since the reservations for 7:00 p.m. were full and it might require too much work to accommodate this request. I was told that I should call as soon as I knew whether or not this person was coming. I told her I could not do that since the golf tournament may not be over by 7 and my person may not be able to let me know his attendance until right at 7 or after. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, there were other people there. But it was not even a quarter full. By the time 7:00 p.m. came and went, we ended up being about the only table in the restaurant. We could have sat anywhere in the restaurant and would have been fine to add or take away people from the table. When you work in customer service, it's important to convey to the customer that we can do anything for you within normal requests and whatever has to be done behind the scenes to fulfill the requests are not the customer's concerns. I did not encounter this approach. I was disappointed."

"I brought my man here for the birthday. he loves Asian eating so I always try to find somewhere, that is not her average Asian restaurant. we ordered pot stickers for our app. they were just in order. they were crispy, but the **** just didn't have the taste we were looking for. I had the whisky beef to dinner and it was amazing! the bark was tender, the sauce was minimal and the vegetables were crispy. my man had the flesh buddha cen. it was also amazing. as mine! offers, minimal soned and crispy vegetables. we will try again other things on the menu! the service was also great!"

"overall the experience was okay. the bill came out to $110 in front of the tipp and this included 2 drinks, a appetizer, 2 entrees and gloomy. the weinlist was impressive with several tasty options in any great category, but the Margarita flight was not great. the food and the service were also okay, the carrot cake was our favorite at the end. our server was very happy all the time and did not care for our meal as desired. there was also another server that had her long hair working down. at the end I felt that the experience was not worth the price. I'm not mad at my experience, but I'm probably not going to return to the future."

"when we asked for extra napkins were told there were none. ordered ooey gooey cake for dessert, which has ice cream on it, we were told there were no spoons so we had to use forks. In defense, it was mother's day and the university graduation, but cant understand how a restarant runs out of spoons at 1230 during lunch. Lunch was ok...nothings special."

"Went here for Father’s Day. Hostess was unfriendly. Said she didn’t have our reservation. After a few minutes she said she found it but blamed the system. Waited 20 minutes for them to set up a table even though the restaurant was half empty. Service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Said they didn’t have menu items that were clearly on the menu, brought multiple incorrect food and drink orders, brought one main course 15 minutes before the others, didn’t bring small plates for appetizers after being asked twice, kept needed to being asked for water refills. Wasn’t because the restaurant was busy either. Have been here before and had decent service but food and service have both gone downhill. Will not be returning."

"The last time we were there, we had some problems. I was given a a couple of $25.00 gift cards to come back. Yesterday was that day. 1st, you should not have service people working in three different areas in the restaurant at the same time. They tend to have to cover too much ground and the food suffers. The ribs were pink on the inside and dry, not hot, and tough on the outside. I had a simple burger with sweet potato fries. I got regular fries and they weren’t hot. I asked for soup without chives, I love only got chives, but the soup was cold enough for me to stand my spoon up in it. My wife got a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, but again the sweet potato fries were not hot. The waitress kept apologizing to me, and it wasn’t her fault. I’m very sorry, but I don’t think we can come to your restaurant anymore. I left the waitress pretty decent tip because it wasn’t her fault. You can’t have servers working three different parts of the restaurant and expect the people to get their food on time and hot. I’ve been coming there since that place opened and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was the last two times including yesterday that we’ve been there. "As a family we order from them if we want good, tasteful, hot going out. They are quite uniform price and the quality of their ingredients are always wonderful. Since I love her so much, I asked her to take care of a company dinner. I needed it a whole hour before they opened and agreed. In the morning when I took it up, it went smooth. Huge portions and despite the large quantities, everything tasted as if it was ordered for a single plate. I was really impressed. Of course, lunch was a blow with my staff. Can't recommend it enough!"

"Our waitress was ok. Started off a little rocky but it got better. I ordered a margarita flight which comes with 3 frozen margaritas. When I received it, I got one watermelon, a lime and one IDK what flavor. I asked for strawberry but no clue what it was. None of the margaritas were dressed. When asked why was there no salt or sugar on the rim, she had no idea she simply said we don’t do that on the flights. That was a new one to for me but I dropped it, honestly didn’t feel like debating. My did order the rubs and said they were burnt. She was happy to return those for something different. My daughter ordered the cilantro chicken and same issue had to return it for something different. She was very accommodating."
