"Customer service was okay but the food was not ideal. The rice was really dry and the chicken was barely seasoned. Also the portions are not consistent. They give you a ton of rice but not a lot of sides. For example I ordered plantains with my rice and they only gave me 2 plantains while I got a mountain of rice. Also I noticed some cross contamination between sides which is a big no no. Regardless, I’m very unlikely to come back."
