"One star ONLY because when you booo the reservation your full name is publicly displayed for all to see. Meaning your full name now Displays publicly on their website for all to see who make a reservation… This is not privacy sensitive at all And furthermore you don’t even give permission for this. And the day and age of identity theft etc. it’s just disconcerting"
