"The restaurant would receive a 5-star rating based solely on the food, as it is truly fantastic. However, the service leaves much to be desired. On three separate occasions, we have experienced progressively worse service. During our latest visit, we were seated upstairs and only saw our waiter twice throughout the entire meal. The table next to us even abandoned their table to sit at the bar due to the poor service. Despite the excellent food, the overall experience is tainted by the inadequate service. With some improvements in this area, the restaurant has the potential to be exceptional."
