"Great food, they take proud of it, but customer service sucks. Run by family, whose idea of a customer service is far away of understanding the industry standards. Also, I ordered on a third try: really wanted something, but they were out of it, spent more time to find something else, they didn't have that item, either, so I had to choose the third one, which I wanted the least, but more expensive. No apologies, no offers of discount for an unconvinience. Moreover, they acted like I should behappy and thankfull they have that third item available. When requested that they should do something about it, the owner just chuckled in reply, yet didn't do anything."
