"The employees are so slow. They have no urgency. I waited in a stall for my mobile order for 15mins it's wasn't busy. I finally went thru the drive thru. I sat at the call box for 5mins before anyone would say anything. Top it off, my drink was wrong. Too upset to even get it fixed."

"I leave this review today because after 25 minutes in my car sitting absolutely angry and waiting for them to take my order. I asked the car next to me if it took a long time to order, and they said yes, I had immediately pulled after them. I was standing at 29. When you came to eat, I asked the young man if this machine didn't work or what's going on, and he said it was broken. I said they should really put up a broken or out-ordered sign, so I don't waste my time I asked if I could arrange with him, he said no. I asked if I could go forward and forward, and he said no. I then drove around the front, went in and told them what happened, asked if I could make order, and she said I could go out on the terrace. I went to the terrace and pressed the button I heard they were talking at the other end, and about 2 minutes later someone came to the other kiosk beside me pushed the button and they took his order 1. while I was waiting. of course, after a minute or two, I was finally flown up and gone. No one excused me. this is an absolutely terrible way to treat their customers. I understand that most children are young; but someone inside should have tried to pick me up for so long. I was pleasant that I didn't raise my vote. I just wanted to order some food. I will never visit this site definitiw again."

"these places are extremely slow! I have made a mobile order and dragged to the stall and no one said something to 10 minutes later and within these ten minutes I activated the button twice. "Low prices very clean business and bathroom. Workers treated me so respectfully helped me with everything I needed and the food is always the best and the Deli is amazingly cooked food every day. Cakes loved her. I come every day to see what they have in the sale, I stop at the deli and safe took a cake, but mostly I buy my rc cola if they have them 4 for 10. Bengal Floh and Roach Spray large can charge $4.53 at Walmart they $14.97 a can its unreal how much cheaper Johnson's is as Walmart. You will love the meat and sandwich meat the prices and how fresh the meat looks amazing and the vegetables very fresh. I'm so happy we were blessed with Johnson's food here in Jacksonville Alabama. Don't pay high prices at Walmart come to Johnson's God bless us, he saw his children in need for a place that takes care of the customers. God saw the nightmare BIDEN had all in and saw that we needed help. Now I can feed my family and fill my tank with the money I save at Johnson. "I'm sometimes a tough customer. This sound has got a lot of good, terrible reviews. But this is my hometown Sonic at some point you just want to drink a Sonic so that you can go no matter what your last experiences. My morning service with Kim is always great! An evening will be missed in the afternoon. But today we went late in the evening at 9am I had a lot on man from the city, one just want Sonic really fast etc... I pull out the app that didn't work. I tried to go to the place for an hour. Hotel only to connect Wifi to make sure it wasn't my phone. The app never has to get up. Finally, an order got a natural made, as I said, I'm not always easy, so it was a complex order a natural wanted my drinks to the app price. The Gale Karen in the window tried patient courtesy, at which you could say quite new, but she got her lead or mgr Tyler to help, he came up to make it fabulous a just gave great customer service, an all was fine!!! Our food was super hot boiled perfect one everyone was happy at the end! These young people need credit for when they are exceptional, they just do well! It's a fucking time to work in fast food"

"Been going here my entire life (25 years) and it's the worst sonic I've ever been to. Unusually long wait times, low quality food, numerous sick days from eating here, and the unhappiest workers. Idk If sonic just hates its employees or what. Most Sonics suck but this one is literal garbage. They always (ALWAYS) forget some part of my meal and I have to loop around. They seem depressed when they come to my car. They are the most uninterested corporate employees I've met so far. Sonic--do better. Your employees hate their jobs and you have the highest employee turnover of any company besides McDildos. Even Subway does better than you. Fix your shit. Sorry excuse for a national company."

"Very quick and friendly service, and that’s about where it ended. Chili cheese tots seemed liked they were sitting out for a while and reheated. My double Sonic cheeseburger was mush, with all the toppings being soggy and squished in the bun. My cherry limeade was flat. So sad because years before Covid, enjoyed this location since 2013 and their locations in Texas going back into the 90’s. Really good service and quick, I’m going to keep supporting them."

"We had two orders. The first one they answered quickly and was friendly. The gentleman that brought out the first order was very nice. My boyfriend decided he wanted sunbathing to eat and we pushed the button. Waited 10 min and pushed it again and waited. After 10 more min we moved to another stall. Pushed that button waited 10 min no answer again. Pushed it again, finally an answer. Mind you they had been at least 4 cars go through the drive thru that got waited on no problem. When o told the crew leader that brought out our second order, only a hamburger, he acted like he didn't care. He didn't apologize nothing. I will call and talk to the store manager. We have never had an issue like this before. I realize they may be a little short handed but when you serve 4 cars in the drive thru and no one that has pushed the button in a stall, there is a problem. A car pulled up next to us and they left due to no answer. When we left another car was waiting for them to answer. And yes the speakers were working. Crew leader needs demoted or something. No customer service at all from him."
