"Feb 4 around 5:20, drive through lane was moving at a steady pace. The gal taking my order was friendly and accurately entered my order. Interaction at the window was also pleasant. I always take into account when I’m ordering fast food deciding how much I like it. I was very pleasantly surprised by the classic crispy chicken sandwich. I added pickles to mine. The chicken was juicy and warm. The breading had a nice peppery seasoning to it. The ratio of the different components was spot on. Taters tots were perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside, a touch fluffy on the inside. They kept their texture nicely."

"I was in need of coffee in the morning so I went to sonic to buy one of their Java Chillers, well I get there to find out they discontinued them! I spoke to the manager Richard while looking at the menu with disappointment and seeing what else I can order. I then hear Richard say that he can try his best to recreate the Java Chiller ! He called it the coffee shake and when I tell you that it taste exactly the same, I mean it! So thankful that Richard went out of his way to recreate the java chiller. #morningmade"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I never got a receipt and I never got my drinks. I am beyond disappointed with your management and employees at this location! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go here or recommend that anyone go here! I initially stopped here because my 5 month old daughter was crying and I needed to feed her so we pulled into the parking spot and pressed the button and ordered my other daughter a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and my husband got his shake and I ordered a large water so I could use the water to clean out my daughters bottle so I could feed her. After waiting twenty minutes and already seeing a message on the screen that bernasia or someone was on the way and them never arriving we pressed the red button for them just to ask us to place the order and after explaining that we already had place an order twenty minutes ago and being told it would be right out...it never came.. so another 10 minutes later we pressed the button again just to be ignored and nobody would talk to us.. it just kept blinking and blinking and blinking. So I called the actual store number and when I asked for the manager she blamed it on short staff and then when I asked if we could get a refund she cussed me out, called me a b Infront of my two daughters and then told me to f off and hung up on me and when I called back to ask for a refund the second person did the exact same thing. When my husband went there to ask what the deal was she kicked him out of the store! Haven't got our money back either! Those people employed at that store should not be in the customer service industry if they can't first off do their job, second they could have calmly explained there was a shortage (even though my husband saw six people in the store just hanging out not doing anything) but to cuss me out and hang up on me twice is just unacceptable I will never be back to this store or any sonic restaurant and I will tell everyone about my experience so they don't have to endure some stranger chasing their mother out over their phone attached to their car."

"So this is my 2nd recent experience with Sonic , and they won't be getting my business again. I was hoping the issues were isolated to one location, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If you downloaded the app thinking ordering ahead will save you time, you can go ahead and just get that out of your head now. I ordered 1 shake. Literally one shake, 40 minutes ago . Understaffed or not, there's no way in hell it takes 40 minutes to make a single shake. Sonics lost whatever it used to have. Honestly they shouldn't be called sonic, they might get taken to court for false advertising on their company name alone.Edit: after finally getting the shake it wasn't even a substance close to even cold much less ice cream everything in it and melted together and it was absolutely disgusting , forget the refund, these people arejt worth the certain headache it would've been. Left the inedible 45+ minute old shake ,which was it that point just about as warm as the Texas summer air around me ,at the door for them."

"Horrible slush. I ordered a strawberry slush with xtra fruit. It came out unmixed only white ice and a few specks of strawberry. I told the car hop and he was like , oh it probably just didn?t get mixed right, and walked off. He didn?t even try to take itback. I called back inside and spoke to the manager I assume. She got me another. It was mixed and did look red this time butbarely had flavor and tasted watered down. I still didn?t see any extra fruit. This location needs to learn how to mix theirdrinks properly. Nobody wants a water slush!"

"I used the 99 cent mozzarella sticks. We went to the drive-thru and we went to the window, they said they dropped the fresh batch for us. We asked for barbecue sauce and they said they had none, but before we drove away, they stopped us and said they had some that they used in their backs to give us. This girl was so sweet and I saw that she went beyond and beyond to make us happy and I wish I knew her name to give her that loan. You know who you are and thank you for doing our day. There are not many gems like you."
