"we had a reservation for 10 people and the restaurant was by no means busy. our server was shown to take over our drinks orders and again for food orders. after that we never saw her. she didn't come back to see how we did it or whether we needed anything. someone else delivered our drinks and another person gave the food. after eating we sat there an hour without drinks, no water and no sign of our server. we had to ask twice for the check, and when it was finally put on the table, the server was very confused about how we wanted to share the bill. we had to literally look at the reception and number it accordingly. the manager even had to get in to help. overall eating was very good, but the service was absolutely terrible!"
