"Capital Restaurant has been in San Francisco Chinatown for as long as I can remember and is a go to spot amongst locals and tourists. They have a decent amount of tables inside for both small and large groups as well as a few counter seats. They serve a variety of dishes with options for sharing with others and also combo plates that come with one item with rice. I've come here on multiple occasions with both large and small groups and have never been disappointed here. Their rice plates are perfectly portioned for a nice lunch with some potential extra space for an appetizer to share. Their noodle, fried rice, and entrees and all well made as well with a simple sort of Chinese comfort food preparation to them. Their most famous dish that a lot of people order is their fried chicken wings. This is their signature dish for sure and is quite simple yet very delicious. It has a light crispy coating seasoned with salt, garlic, and jalapenos. The chicken meat itself is very tender and hot, making it the perfect appetizer to share with others."
