"The convenience of eating in the Hall of Springs would be the first reason to recommend this option for concert visitors. The ambience is very beautiful and the servers are excellent. In recent years we have enjoyed the complete buffet and the opulent Dessert array at the end. The salad bar also offers a wide and excellent selection of soup, excellent rolls, green, toppings, meat and spices, which could easily be a food in itself. Instead of the buffet there are now several complete entrees; a beef, a chicken, 2 fish chooses a vegetarian option and a mozzarella ravioli dish, each with certain sides. Several desserts are offered, with an available ice bar. I chose the beef short ribs that should be delicate, but instead were quite leathery, stable and dry. While the spices were good, the disappointment was. My husband enjoyed the only francaise. The cream brûlée was very generous. I think the price of $31,00 is fair. But with the wide selection of restaurants in Saratoga Springs we can skip the next time."
