"it was a cute experience but the service was very slow even though there weren’t that many people there. they forgot to give us a couple items and we had to ask them again when they were about to close, and by that time they had already run out of the macarons we wanted. they also overcharged us on the sandwiches, and we had to ask the manager to correct it (how does that even happen?? . they also automatically include an 18% gratuity which we didn’t notice, so make sure to go over your receipt! the food and tea was very good, though. the ambiance was lovely and and we got lots of nice pictures as well. overall i think it was overpriced especially considering the service, but it was mostly enjoyable for me and my friends."
