"There were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru line. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and paid, without getting my receipt. I was told to drive up and someone would bring our food out to us. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the car that pulled up behind us get their food and leave, I drove back to the drive-thru. I got nothing but attitude from the workers and my order was wrong. I like this Wendy's and it's usually great, friendly service with great food. I won't be going there again any time soon."

"Not sure why people complain to the service. They're a few kids doing 15 an hour. If you want a better service, contact them and show them how to act like an adult and give them as a pointer. "It was 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday and dinner was a fast food place that was still open at that time. This Wendy's location is easy to reach and the drive thru order was fast. The staff at this point, especially the night team that took my order, was AMAZING! I forgot an order from Fritten that I could add in the payment pickup window. There was no long waiting time, it was decent and actually fast the night team on Sunday, Feb 2022 were the real deal. Should get their names for a few kudos shout out."

"That was a very good place for Wendy. The drive-thru moved quickly, and the dining room was open. I ordered online and ate in the dining room, which was clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to see that a former manager from Pennsburg McDonald's worked here. The food we ordered was properly adjusted as I wanted, and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines worked well."

"I absolutely love Wendy's food. This time I went to pick up food for my boyfriend's daughter and was absolutely DISGUSTING with the appearance of the inside back behind the counter. I wish I wouldn't have had to reset my phone, because I lost the picture that I took of all the trash on the floor and the trash and over flowed behind the counter. I understand that every fast food place gets slammed but there is NO EXCUSE for the way the kitchen looked at the restaurant at all. The girl that was at the counter taking people's orders was complaining cause she was tired and actually seemed like she was under the influence of something (heavy drug wise) and to me that just isn't the appearance that ANY company would want serving the public."

"Hi! Recently my family and I went to eat at this location, and although the food maintains its same flavor, nothing about the experience sits right with us. We ate outside on the patio, which is not the issue, and as we were eating a few of the employees ventured outside on their breaks (probably). They began to smoke (Marijuana by the smell) and didn't bother to give us any space. We don't particularly enjoy the smell of weed whilst we eat and believe this should be something done farther away from customers, as not everyone is comfortable with the smell while eating. Please take this complaint with hefty consideration and a grain of salt. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: My family was with me while eating and they didn't enjoy the experience or atmosphere any more than I did."

"Really had a craving for Wendy's...unfortunately I chose this store. Maybe next time I'll go down the road to BK, Taco Bell, or any other fast food place. The food was just ok but may have been better had it not sat for 15 minutes AFTER I asked if that was our order. Clearly the young man behind the counter had better places to be, I get that, it's Sunday at noon and work is a lower priority than whatever else he could have been doing. The woman I presume was the manager was doing her best trying to keep focus but it may have been a more difficult task than normal, I don't know. Suffice it to say I won't make this mistake twice. The franchise owner (assuming this is a franchise store) should maybe try and be a tad more involved on weekend mornings and such unless they're just not concerned. Good luck!"

"Great coffee best I had in years.
