"Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was served quickly. It was hot and good. Getting into the parking lot is a little bit of a trick. For those of us from the lower 48 the 4 for $4 is 4 for $6 in Alaska. But that is OK because it is still a good deal."

"It feels like this particular Wendy’s is going downhill each time I visit. Half the fountain drinks are empty, the screen menu on the wall behind the counter been out for a few months already and they always seem to have the bathrooms blocked off. They need to step it up or step aside and let some other fast food establishment rent this profitable corner of Immokalee out."

"My wife and I stopped in at this Wendy's and it has been a while since we've eaten in the dining room, and it was nice! The service was excellent, the food was actually fresh and hot, we ordered to go but decided to eat in and I'm glad we did.... it was like a flashback to a pre-covid time, there were several customers at several tables, one of which had three high-school age boys, having a good time.... our experience was worth writing about! Well done Wendy's.... Well done!"

"Try the new Wendy's BBQ Cheeseburger with the shoes Style Art Onion Rings. Burger was quite a bit different for a change, but made with fresh meat instead of frozen patties. Sauce was good, was not excessive BBQ sauce. A decent amount of onion strings on it, definitely not what they see, but it was decent to look and it had a few pickles on it."

"This Wendy's location has the best fast food service in the city! They have a great COVID-19 response in place and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was crispy and flavorful. The Chicken Apple Pecan Salad with blue cheese crumbles and raspberry vinegar was delicious, I could eat it every day. The restaurant was very clean with social distancing observed. The customer service during COVID-19 has made them even better now. The double burger, chili, fries, and drinks were all amazing. I appreciate that they have sugar-free options for drinks. Overall, great service, delicious food, and smiling faces at this Wendy's location. My burger was juicy and delicious to the last bite!"

"Conveniently located on the Interstate. When we were there at 1:00, the trip was thru line long, but the inner lobby was not busy at all. We ordered a Baconator Double, Large Fries, a Classic Chicken, a small strawberry Frosty and a large drink. The Frosty and the big drink (Minutemaid Raspberry Lemonade) did not have much taste, and the sandwiches were so-so, not what we normally expect and get at a Wendy's. The men's room was clean, but a bit like urine."

"I think this is one of the nicest Wendy's I've been to. Inside is well maintained and clean. They have a coke free style machine for drinks. Lavatories are very spacious and clean as well.Ordering went without a hitch. Staff is pretty friendly and my stuff was made correctly. Using the app can net you some great deals. Mainly why I decided to visit versus some of the other nearby choices."

"This trip was disappointing. I ordered 3 small frosties. When the young girl came to the window, she handed me 2, and apologized for the lids that were too big. No worries. I then asked where the 3rd frostie was. She said that was all they had, and was closing the window. I spoke up to state the obvious.. Since I already paid for 3, could you please give me the 3rd one with the strawberry flavor? She was annoyed, and returned with that in a cup the size of shot glass, and wished me a good day.. Uuuh? I 'was ' having a good day before this happened.. Not happy.."

"Always great food and service. Late in Lewiston. One of the few places that remain open late. Never messed up an order. Never had bad food It is always fresh and tasty. Some days they serve cookies and Gravy. I still have to try them, but I'm sure they're good. Easy access from the 21st direct next to Harbor Cargo and the empty Kmart. Dave's double is always amazing."

"I ordered a double baconator plain and they gave me one without a bun and lettuce on it this is ridiculous, and they need to learn how to make their order correctly and look at their orders so they dont continue to do this. "5 starts for effort and keeping the dining room open so I can sit down and enjoy my warm meal. It was rush hour at supper time. It appeared they had a lot of new employees and the kitchen was noisy and busy as hell. I understand as a former retail manager so I can be patient, others will not agree but I didn't hear anyone explode as we all waited for our meals inside and the drive through never stopped. Thank you for all coming to work and doing your best getting all those orders fulfilled. To the leaders in the back great job, I heard your words of encouragement as you directed that team through that difficult time. They will be a well oiled machine in no time under your leadership. The food was okay given the circumstances. The peppermint frosty needs work, and tastes more like strawberry than peppermint. I'll be back to try it again because that's the reason I came in anyways. The bad if your going to keep the restrooms locked up make the key more accessible, waiting 4 minutes for someone to come unlock the door is really not acceptable folks."
