"When ever I visit TN I stop at Hardee's on 11/20/22 I ordered through the drive thru and the order was not correct so I called and they offered to fix the order the next day, I infact went the next day and they were gracious and friendly to provide a replacement as promised the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and corrected the error will revisit store 1480 Tiny Town Rd 1506129 clarksville #3"

"Ordered the “big” cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was on a big bun, but the burger part was not what I would call big. You could barely taste “burger”. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I waited nearly 5 minutes just for them to come take my payment… then another 3 minutes for my order. Debating whether I'll try this again for lunch — or just stick to breakfast…"

"I am a delivery driver for DoorDash and recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived at around 9:10 pm to pick up an order, but found the lobby doors already locked. I waited in my car for about 5 minutes at the drive-through, but no one acknowledged my presence. I tried calling the restaurant with no answer, so I went to the pick-up window. I saw a young man inside but he seemed unaware of my presence, even when I tried to get his attention with a flashlight. This lack of customer service was disappointing."
