"First time ever eating brisket so I can say I enjoyed it. Hutchinson has a great atmosphere and plenty of space. It was starting to get busy as I was leaving and I can understand why. The employees were very helpful and understanding of it being my first time. Ribs tender meat just fell off the bone.
