"The service at this restaurant was terrible. The atmosphere was cool, but the service was awful. No reservation was needed because no one even acknowledged us when we walked in. We had to seat ourselves, but be prepared for terrible service. There was a lack of employees, but that doesn't excuse the poor service provided by those working. I am usually patient and understanding, and don't mind if you're busy and can't get to me right away. What does matter to me is how you are treated. We ended up leaving after just one round of drinks for two people (one shot and one beer) and still spent over 30 minutes there."
