"My daughter suggested Hudson Co Bar and Restaurant for my date night with hubby!! We made reservations! Loved it!! Fantastic views of NY even though the sky was grey! Great vibes! We got there early enjoyed drinks at the bar! It was Happy Hour! Great drink and app selection! Plan to come back for Happy Hour! We were seated in the main dining area with great views! Our Server Corey was attentive, knew menu well and checked in on us! So glad he recommended the special sea bass! It was deliciously amazing! So much flavor! Highest compliments to the Chef! Corey indicated Chef considering put this special on the regular menu!! Yes! Absolutely Yes! Hubby’s pork chop was tender and tasty! Crème brûlée perfect sweet treat! Highly recommend! See you soon!
