"Staff was great, ambiance great, beer selection was great, salad was okay. Pizza was just okay. The pizza channels aspects of New York-meets-Neapolitan, including the trademark “crack” when you fold it. But, the crust was just okay (didn’t add anything, didn’t take away), tomato sauce was over-abundant, cheese was sparse and tasteless, and toppings weren’t evenly cooked (ie, they cool everything for the same amount of time regardless of thickness, etc), and everything was too salty (croutons, cookie, etc). We’re on the hunt for Seattle’s best pizza and didn’t find it here, but would eat here again in a pinch. (PS: suggestion for Frelard: consider using pizza crust croutons in your Caesar salad. I bet they’d be way better than what you’re using"
