"We’ve eaten at LosVaqueros many times over the last 20 years. Lately, we’ve been coming in for lunch and I always order the cheese enchilada dinner with ranchera sauce served homestyle. I thought the dish tasted on a recent visit. After the first bite A brief inspection revealed burned tortillas. Sent it back but the returning dish also had a burned enchilada. Have you hired a new cook? Also, my husband ordered the No. 11 lunch but got the No. 9. (Soup and chicken salad) which he kept because he was hungry. I don’t think we’ll be back for awhile. Might be a good idea to have the wait staff write down the orders."
