"The chips were nicely seasoned and crisp. The salsa had an odd taste, almost sweet but mildly spicy. The fried chimi had a nice texture and good flavor. The service was disappointing. Ordered a bowl of queso which was only half gone when we ran out of chips. Took a very long time to get our server's attention to ask for more chips and a refill for one of our drinks. Got the drink when our food was delivered but not the chips. Was not able to get her attention again to request the chips or refills on our other drinks."

"I've had the pleasure of dining at Panchos for the last 38 years. The food and service has been amazing. Very consistent food quality taste and appearance. Awesome price point for what you get for your money. Lastly the service has been excellent. Very thoughtful and attentive staff. That will go the extra mile to please there customers. Even picky ones like me. Lol. I just wanted to personally thank the entire Panchos team for doing a terrific job the past soon to be 4 decades of flawless service as the best Mexican restaurant in Ohio. Sincerely Matt Helon."

"Food, service and drink everything great. We held an early dinner before a performance at the City Theater. We never heard of this place, but we thought we'd take a chance. We are happy. I had the Cajun pork Mac and loved it. My wife had chicken Caesar packing and said it was delicious. We both had a drink and loved our choice recommended by the waiter. We are very pleased that we have found this place and will definitely stop."

"I have ordered from this restaurant three times. The first time, I got a large bone in my pulled pork. My daughter ordered the pulled pork nachos a few weeks ago and got sick from them. Despite that, we decided to give it another try yesterday. I ordered the BBQ ribs. Both dishes were generous portions."

"Awful customer service. The staff was rude and nasty and did not want to wait on us because we were a large party with kids. We literally were told you don’t have to stay after being reluctantly seated because the server didn’t want to wait on 2 tables. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant by the entire staff. Speaks volumes about the management of the company when the negative attitude and lack of respect is consistent with the entire staff. Do NOT spend your money here. Go support other hard working servers at another restaurant. Customers are clearly an inconvenience to this restaurant and their staff."
