"We came to a whim, really just because Boulder never has good Italian food. but the reviews were good and the menu looked promising. we entered the waitress and called fo only to see if we were sitting, they said 7:20 and we came there at 7:20 and they were ready for us. the food was really good and surprising. our waiter was also friendly and knew the menu. we had to start the Calamari and the garlic bread (we highly recommend the garlic bread! it was delicious for $7 with 4 large pieces and marinara) the Calamari was also good, but the bread definitely hit it. I had the shrimps and Scallop Squash Risotto and it was really good. there was a good amount and size of shrimps and scallops and the risotto was perfectly cooked. my fiancée had the chicken alfredo equivalent and he loved it too. I think the pasta is in the house and he said it was really good. the drinks are strong, caution, but we had no problem ending them. By the end we had the Cannolis that were good, but we will probably try another dessert next time."
