Also, I had advised that we were celebrating my 60th and we had to remind the waiter about that....which is no fun, usually it is known up front. "I stayed at The Fredrick Hotel and this restaurant is in some building, Ordered truffle pizza and it was perfect but what I didn’t like is altitude of the guy he looks like manager tall guy with tattoos, he was little bit disrespectful with his altitude, when I make order he didn’t say a word just turn around and left table , he barely said what you whant , you can’t be so full of yourself. And coming on dinner with friends, waiter spilled drink on my friend and he was smiling all night, he didn’t even look that he is sorry, and we sited outside, before they close they take all tables and chairs on one place , this guy who was doing that was throwing chairs and tables so hard I mean obvious he whanted us out but that is not how job is done in serious restaurants! I visited far worse places and they had at least better stuff who acted nice and polite!"

"It was hot!!! The manager stated in his heavy accent, there is nothing I can do except move us to another table? $300 for a dinner and being so hot I had to fan myself is not cool, pun intended. We went early for happy hour and was told that it is only available in the bar but was not posted on their website. We did not want the bar atmosphere so we asked if we could order a pizza from the happy hour menu (cuz it was not on the regular menu) at the regular price to be told NO! The manager is strict and does not make exceptions. So confusing because we wanted a pizza they make and was willing to pay regular pricing??? WTH? Ran out of oil and bread and only bread was brought back, had to ask for oil. The scallops were under cooked. The Risotto special hardly had any lemon flavor, had to ask for a lemon wedge and received a weirdly cut shape half of a lemon that had tons of seeds. Had to ask for each special, was not offered nor was she clear on what they were. I could go on about the server but maybe something bad happened to her and she was not on her A game. She did get me a side a veges added to my meal, very nice of her. They did come sing happy birthday (that was awesome) but the cannoli was horrible. The drinks were amazing! But will not go back."

"Food was excellent. Atmosphere was good but the service was not good at all. Our server sat us down and asked what kind of water we wanted and that was it. We had to ask to order a drink and ask for some bread. I think the server might have stopped by the table once during the meal. Great food but overall I don't think I would go back because of the poor service. Our server was a brunette young lady just an FYI ."

"Fantastic experience across the board. Was greeted by a friendly hostess (wish I had gotten her name) who was super accommodating with our table selection. The waitstaff was fabulous attentive, efficient and friendly. Special thank you to Chris for the awesome service throughout our meal. The food, drinks and desserts were delicious. We had the salmon eggs benedict (with a side of potatoes and salad), **** Marys, aperol spritz, an omelette, fries for the table and the cheesecake and vanilla ice cream topped with espresso. (There were 4 people in our party). Highly recommend! The location is super convenient to a lot of touristy spots in NYC. My mom and I headed over to The Great Gatsby after brunch which was a convenient 2 blocks away!"

"A fantastic experience. Rich and his band put on a fabulous show playing all your favorite Frank Sinatra songs. This was our second time at the show and it was just as good as the first time. The food at Capo is good Italian fare. Since this is a Supper Show you eat and enjoy the show over a 3 hour period (6p.m.-9p.m. . There are 3 sets with breaks in between. Audience participation is encouraged; requests and celebrations are enjoyed by all. Incredibly the show is absolutely free. A wonderful way to enjoy a Sunday evening."

"I had to go because I was there after 20 minutes, received zero service or recognition. So I went into the bar and thought they couldn't miss me here. finally got accepted and menus. then nothing for 10 minutes. not even an offer for a drink order. they were not so busy, so don't talk. they didn't want my business to be gone and left somewhere else. I will never return to this restaurant."

"Had Easter brunch buffet at The LOT. However, there were a variety of foods, the quality of preparation for already prepared items could have been better. Made to order eggs and carvings were good. However, the lack of staff for guests was very remarkable. Expects a little better service and food for the specified price."

"Not sure where to begin-The meal was the worst meal I have had at a restaurant in years-We started with a salad-Waitress brought a salad i did not order-I did not argue but did not eat-next was Lobster Bisque-never showed until we asked and then came cold-Finally after another long wait came the main course-My husband had the calzone which he left half-not good-he always finishes or takes home was not interested in taking home.My course was supposed to be their specialty-shrimp with bacon on polenta-crab cake and fritter-served ice cold-polenta had to be the worst i have ever had-no flavor-they forgot it needs butter and cheese-shrimp was tough and bacon not cooked--probably should have asked waitress to take back but at that point ready to just leave and go home and have dinner-also specialty on web$19 at restaurant $28-left tip not too sure why-I would definitely skip-Lure is right next door and that is a wonderful restaurant"

"Maybe I should have made a few more visits to Bottega Louie, but with the suggestion of some friends I knew I had to visit this place. The room takes a first floor on a corner in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. If you are going to notice why BL is the hottest restaurant in downtown LA. And I will not say much more about Bottega Louie, except that I highly recommend a visit for almost any occasion. Breakfast was my meal at Bottega Louie. I had breakfast with spinach cheese with one side of bacon – your typical Californian morning meal. Mr. B had a bagel ox. I felt my eggs and spinach were typical and nothing was to write home. But the bacon I had was cut tight and thick. I couldn't try the Bagel-Lox. I saw a nice offer of juices, pastries and coffee for the meetings of the energy breakfast in downtown. I was able to see the big airy restaurant to see the baked goods like cupcakes and muffins. Macaroons are the new “Cupcakes” a few years ago. You begin to see them in more recipes, dessert combinations and menus. I would suspect you will see them more and more in the coming months. And Bottega Louie had a smashed series of multicolored Macaroons"

"overall the place was really nice, eating was amazing, service was also very good. the night really went well until one of my guests heard how the server talked about us and referred to us as the Indians. what made us a little uncomfortable, but we left a real tip, regardless, but I don't think I'd go back there soon. we are West Indians from the Caribbean."

"Location is very nice, easy to reserve thru Open Table app. Food was good, but the only reasons why I didn't give him 5 stars is one because the gnocchi didn't taste like Gnocchi. The texture was very airy, almost like eating a cloud. The taste was good, but they were definitely not gnocchi. We ordered fried Calamari as an appetizer, they were so good. The bread with olive oil and Giardiniera was also very good. The ravioli splendori were very good. The Margherita Pizza was good, did not see a pesto on it that is included on the menu as an ingredient. The Italian sausage pizza was ok, it was very heavy and the taste of Fenchel was very strong. The other reason why I didn't have five stars is the fact that food is strongly condimented and did not feel digested, even after the evening came. I took Leftover Pizza in a box and the box was penetrated with oil from the pizza! I could give him a second chance, but order other items in the menu that are lighter."

"To Grant the manager. There was no need to speak to me and my partner the way you did and i can only speculate as to why you thought we were deserving of such vitriol. We booked a reservation online and turns out when we arrived the online booincorrect and reserved a timed they weren’t open. Totally understandable. Things happen. We would have left. But Grant decided to berate, belittle, and condescend to me: telling me he already told me this (this is my first time here), assuming my name (he may have had this issue with someone before), and speak to me like a child that didn’t listen to instruction. It was just unnecessary. It was an online booking issue with the platform the restaurant utilizes but I was dressed down by this grown man to the point of near tears. I didn’t deserve that. No one deserves that. He needs anger management or something because a booking error should not result in you raising your voice. When we walked out a man passing by asked if everything was okay cause even he was concerned with how Grant spoke to me."
