"My last visit to Emily West Village was five years ago, where I endured a three-hour wait in line. Thankfully, this time I had reservations, which made the experience much smoother. The burger I ordered was undeniably tasty, although I must mention that the first half had an overpowering black pepper flavor. Fortunately, it subsided in the latter half. The fries served alongside were incredible, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Additionally, their garlic bread was delightful, and the “make your own pizza” option proved to be quite enjoyable. However, I must admit that the service fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed distant and unenthusiastic, making us feel as if they were doing us a favor rather than providing warm hospitality. It would have been more welcoming to receive attentive service throughout the meal."
