"We are visiting Utah and this was closest to us to stop and we got there 15 min early before they opened and I asked them if we can go inside since it was cold outside and they let us in early and because of us they opened the restaurant early and that was just amazing. The stuff super cool, the food so yummy. This place for sure will be on my list to go eat since it felt like authentic Italian pizzaria. Their service in this location is so top notch. I appreciate for letting us early, you people are amazing in Fuego Bistro."

"Great service and great food. I love the fact that they're open until 3 a.m. so that whenever you go and get hungry late night you have a solution. The chili is awesome and so is the Cripple Creek. The staff is always nice and my delivery always arrives on time and if there is any issue they're always good about calling me ahead of time. All in all all I can say is terrific."

"I love coming to Blue Elk! I got married here 3 years ago and have continued coming since Blue Elk opened! Such a fun place to gather with friends, do the events, and enjoy good food and wine! Love supporting local. Came one time with a couple of friends and our moms. We sat outside and ordered one of everything on the menu and hung out all day and listened to live music. Such a fun day!"
