"I had better experience here in the past. menu very limited. had long waited for eating. they wait the staff somehow cold. had a negative experience with the fried chicken dish that ordered my niece. in the gurkensalat there was an extremely hot pfeffer that came with it. Nothing noticed in the menu that it is hot. she accidentally dropped the pfeffer and it was so hot, she could hardly catch her breath. mouth on fire for several minutes, eyes water, in severe pain. we asked for milk to relieve burning, took a few minutes to come. Nobody asked if she was okay. when I asked the waitress if there was something she could do to compose the meal of my niece, she said she would check. but she came back with the bill and just dropped her on the table, said nothing to me. the bill showed the full price for the chicken stable. I had to ask for the manager. after the explanation of the situation, and some back and forth, the manager willingly the court for which I was grateful. Given the price of the restaurant, I expected a much higher customer service. we will not eat here again."
