Lamb chop: the grilled flavor is nice but doesn't have too much seasoning Lamb shank: it's braised and falls off the bone. The sauce probably has some balsamic vinegar which is interesting but it doesn't go into the meat — might be better if the shank were marinated longer. Whole fish: nice and has char grilled flavor.
