"You never know what you might get in a hotel restaurant. They were clearly short staffed but all servers and bartenders worked together to make it happen. CJ was doing triple duty covering host podium, bar a few tables. All that aside, our drinks were delicious the food was phenomenal. Ingredients were fresh Flavor combinations were interesting complimentary. Beets were properly roasted, spinach was properly dressed, goat cheese was proper portion so as to be complimentary but not steal the show, tacos had a multitude of flavors that all worked in concert with each other the Salmon was high quality perfectly cooked… a crisp seat on the outside just a faint hue of translucency at the core. It’s important we give credit to the kitchen as it was clearly a busy night they took pride in preparation didn’t just “schlep it out”….. THANK YOU CHEF! Well done!"
